Can I Drive After One Beer in Poland?
Poland has a very low alcohol limit for drivers. If you are used to a 0.5‰ limit elsewhere in Europe, this is one rule you need to know before renting a car.

Do not assume one beer is safe before driving in Poland.
The legal threshold is very low: a driver must be below 0.2‰ blood alcohol (below 0.1 mg/dm³ in exhaled air). There is no Polish rule saying that “one beer” is automatically allowed.
“I only had one beer” is not a reliable calculation.
Your alcohol level depends on the amount and strength of the drink, body size, sex, food, time since drinking and individual metabolism. If you are going to drive, the safe practical rule is zero alcohol.
